Privacy Policy

Checkforge ("Checkforge," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Checkforge checklist application and related website and services. This policy explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive account identifiers and profile information such as your name and email address. We do not receive or store your Apple or Google password.

Content you create

We store the checklists, tasks, notes, reminder schedules, photos, personal templates, shared-list nicknames and activity, and AI-assistant conversations you choose to create so they can sync across your devices and support collaboration.

Purchases

Apple processes subscription payments. We receive product and transaction identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, and expiration information needed to provide paid features and customer support. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

Device and service information

We process push-notification tokens, app version, device platform, time zone, app-install verification data, and limited request and error information. We use this information to deliver reminders, prevent fraud, secure the service, diagnose failures, and maintain reliability.

Support information

If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, message, optional app version, and related correspondence so we can investigate and respond.

How we use information

• Provide, sync, secure, and maintain Checkforge.
• Authenticate accounts and connect approved sign-in providers.
• Deliver reminders and support shared-checklist features.
• Verify subscriptions and restore purchases.
• Provide the AI checklist assistant when you choose to use it.
• Respond to support, privacy, and safety requests.
• Detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

When information is shared

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction. Service providers may include:

• Apple and Google for sign-in, app distribution, subscription processing, app-install verification, and push notifications.
• The AI provider selected for Checkforge when you use the AI assistant. Your prompt, relevant checklist context, and conversation content are sent to that provider to generate a response.
• Hosting, email-delivery, and infrastructure providers that process information on our behalf.

We require service providers to protect information consistently with their obligations to us and applicable law. When you collaborate on a shared checklist, other participants can see the checklist content, chosen nickname, task activity, and assignments associated with that shared list; they do not receive your account email or sign-in identifier through the collaboration feature.

Retention and deletion

Account content is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual content in the app, delete AI conversations, or delete your entire account from Profile. Account deletion removes the account and associated checklists, templates, reminders, photos, devices, conversations, and subscription linkage from our active systems, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record obligations.

Operational logs are kept for limited periods based on their purpose. Completed support tickets are normally deleted after 730 days; unresolved tickets are retained until they are completed. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

Your choices and rights

You can turn optional email reminders off in Profile or through the unsubscribe link in a reminder email. You can manage notification permission in device settings, delete app content and AI conversations, revoke Apple or Google sign-in access through those providers, and delete your account in the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Submit a privacy request or email support@superinno.online. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

Checkforge is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.

Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, subject to applicable safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
